International Clinic Of Osteopathy is your adress in the Alpes-Maritimes

There are 3 main types of osteopathy:

  •  Cranial osteopathy:

Cranial is very popular in the south of France, it is the science of identifying disturbances within the skull and the vertebral column. It allows us to use a series of gentle manipulations designed to help release the different pressures and blockages, to help restore the mobility throughout the entire body.

  • Visceral osteopathy

Visceral is the science helping identifying some disturbances within your internal organs. As you probably already know, most organs share pain centers with other body parts (which is why most people having a heart attack feel a deep shoulder pain). Even if we are not the ones you should seek medical care from in case of a heart attack, we can help mobilise safely a lot of internal organs and their ligaments to help identifying the cause of your problems, and alleviate some aches and pains.

  • Structural osteoapthy

The structural osteopathy is the "strongest" form of osteopathy. It focuses on joints, ligaments, tendons and  muscles. We work to restore mobility with techniques such as spinal manipulations (the famous cracks), specific soft tissue techniques and articulations.

Charles Pradeau –
Osteopath: one word about me!

As a true sports fan, I developed a passion for various sports such as tennis, football, mechanical sports, ski and judo.

During my practice, I came across many injuries and experienced the distress patients feel when in pain... From the hours spent at hospital waiting for an x-ray to the often completely inefficient anti-inflammatories. A friend advised me to see my first Osteopath at 16, which was a revelation. why not becoming a medical professional, who spends time with his patients and puts his hands on the problem?

I then decided to go to England to become an Osteopath in the eldest school in Europe: The British School of Osteopathy. After treating more than 500 patients as a student, from toddlers to elderly, professional sports people to more sedentary desk bound workers, I became an osteopath and met Princess Ann!

After 3 years as an English osteopath near Monaco in the Côte d'Azur, I decided to open my own clinic to provide the best treatment possible to both French and non-French speaking people.
